Derbyshire digital agency Frogspark adds three

Derbyshire-based agency Frogspark has welcomed three new recruits to its web and digital marketing team in the space of a month.

At the end of 2016 the company created three new positions and moved to Derwent Business Centre to accommodate its growth. The new additions include an SEO and PPC expert and two web developers.

The business moved from Ripley to a more central location with a much bigger creative space.

Last year Frogspark started offering digital marketing services, in particular SEO, and because of the increasing demand for digital marketing it introduced Paul Smith, a digital marketing assistant, to the team.

He said: “Working at Frogspark has been great. Since day one I’ve been given the freedom to perform at my best and supported in developing my skills.

“The relaxed environment and personalities make it a pleasure to work here”.

Frogspark’s turnover doubled in just one year which meant the development of its web team was crucial for the business to carry on growing.

James Shand and Josh Ghent, a front end web developer and a full stack/php developer, were brought in to increase the agency’s capacity for new projects and to bring fresh ideas to the company.

Shand said: “Being part of such a creative and dynamic team is inspiring. Each day is a new challenge and I look forward to continued growth here at Frogspark”.

Ghent said: “From the get go, Frogspark has allowed me to work on a spectrum of different projects, each with their own unique challenge.

“Going forward, I hope to continue to aid the business in its growth as it helps me with my own career development”.

Frogspark director Rob Twells said: “Liam [Nelson, fellow director] and I are extremely happy with the new Frogspark members! They each bring a great set of skills to the business which are going to be very valuable to future of Frogspark.

“The new digital marketing expertise we now have in-house means we can offer the full package to each of our clients”.
